First time in Harrogate so parked here for ease of locating. A bit of a pointless shopping centre in terms of shops, but for a starting point it is nicely located and easy to find. What is there however is all tidy and staff seem nice. Will definitely park here again the next time we visit.

Very basic but gives access to secure parking. Excellent shop to get your threading and waxing inside. Tk max is good but many other vacant shops.  Worst ever new look I've ever had the misfortune to come across waste of time going in,  Truly the worst shop more like a jumble sale.

So pleased to see this Shopping Centre going downhill and only offering the usual mind-numbing high street chain stores due to its extortionate rents!

It won't be long before the Centre (we've got shareholders and pension trustees to pay) London owners open their doors to the usual charity, betting and pound-flop stores.

My sincere apologies to the wonderful and amazing staff who work their but if I were you I'd bail out before they make you redundant for the minimum amount they can legally get away with (oh and probably screw your pension scheme because 'somehow' there's a deficit black hole in the accounts...hmmm :)

Beautiful historical building. Wished to find more local Harrogate's shops inside the shopping mall with local products, rather than the usual chain shops. One or two are fine, but it is way too much at this moment.

Pretty pants. All the shops are shutting down. The shops  that are open lack decent stock. Three floors of absolute tat. Even TK max stock levels are dwindling. The parking is over priced and the toilets are pretty filthy too.
