Great store, lovely seller. Only 3 floor now but still nice. I cant wait to come back here. Hope this store restock more items. Very nice place. For every Victoria’s Secret lovers

I have been Victorias secret client for more than 10 years and still love this brand. Although this store and the level of the service is far below what you would expect from Victoria’s secret high standards. I came to the store last week to buy couple new bras and underwear. As their loyal client I absolutely knew my size and was shopping when client-manager asked me if I need help with the size. I politely explained that I know, what is my exact size, but she insisted, that I need to be measured every time I shop. So I agreed. That woman showed, that actually she will not measure me and showed me some other woman, who was a trainee it came clear later, and asked her to measure me. About me - I’m tall fit woman with 0+ size actually cup A is sometimes big for me. However that trainee told me, that my size is 30DD. I asked, if she knows, what is DD, and suggested her to remeasure me, as I have never been 30 and DD my size is 34B or actually 36A. But the trainee ignored me and just told me, that I need to try DD. Of course I knew, it was mistake and came to the manager to give my feedback. I showed DD cup and told, that I was recommended to try it, although it’s giant for me. She offered me to go to fitting room for some reason, which I didn’t understand, as I just started to look for the bra and didn’t finish my shopping. In fitting room she started to offer me to try some cup, but I told, that I don’t need advice and just was giving feedback, that I was not heard by her colleague , which should be important for her as a manager. I just wanted to show, that if you offer help, you need to hear your client and shouldn’t ignore them, and especially argue. At the end I bought my size 34B, I even asked the another salesperson for the advice, as I really started to hesitate, if I’m all right. She told, that B cup is even a little big for me , for sure DD cup is not my size. So I bought 34 Bas usually. But even then I heard in fitting room, how manager was making fun about me asking her if I’m really DD? I really feel bad, that my favorite store has such service, when client is disrespected by the staff and not heard, and I’m fine, that it was a mistake, I’m not fine, that staff ignores clients requests and allows themselves make fun and client could hear it. This is a field to improve to keep the brand client-oriented and it’s high standards.

First of all: I live Victoria's secret and I'm very sad we don't have it in Germany. I always visit Victoria's Secret when I'm traveling and this store is the coolest of all Victoria's Secret stores I've ever visited. It has big screens and 3 floors. It's amazing. Only thing that was super annoying: all things I found in the sales area weren't in sale and I found it out because the cashier told me so : I was a little disappointed about that after this amazing experience. But i talked to the manager about it and he actually gave me something for free. That was super nice and I appreciate it a lot.

Incredible place! Its a 3 full floors store. It has PINK in the -1 which is their cheapest brand. Personnel is friendly and supportive. Loved it

Victoria's Secret is really trying to get more inclusive, at least in the US. Here in London however, the situation is horrible when it comes to bigger sizes. I saw a plus sized mannequin which made me very happy, but that's where the happiness ended. They hardly have any drawers with XL panties, and when you find a few, they're all filled up with size L instead. And this isn't just the case in this branch, it's even worse in the other smaller ones. Shame on you VS. Get with the program!

I usually love Victoria Secret because of their level of service. Maybe the employes were on a strike since I did not see anyone. The checkout line was extremely long since they only had 2 open and when the 3rd finally opened they were busy chatting with each other.

A really nice shop with everything you want of VS/Pink. There's a guy standing at the entrance greeting customers, i don't know why, guess its an American thing.

I didnt like the shop, i wanted the dream angel bra and i ask staff where is dream angel room and they didnt know, one girl ask another girl where is dream angel and that girl said “idk ask someone on the radio” and she just was walking around to find it, like she is not working here. I didn get any help from staff, I spend there 140£ and they didnt even compliment my purchases or congratulate me or even didn say “bye” the girl that was at door. Im not gonna come back more.
