Best Park I have ever been, always clean and tidy. Love the little lake with the swansthe male Swan is dangerous tho . Great place to get out with kids too, there is a big playing area.
Great park with almost everything you could ask for. Lake with birds & a fountain, Skate Park, Playgrounds, Splash Pad, Climbing Boulder, Tennis Courts, Bowling Greens, Cafe, Bandstand & usually a Butterfly house though that’s closed at the moment I think Only thing I can mark it down on is the parking. There is no car park so you have to try & find a spot on the surrounding streets which sometimes can be difficult.
Great Park and every Wednesday 12pm until 3pm there is a Wheels for All inclusive cycling in the park near to Esposito's and the band stand.
This is a really great park. Lots and lots of grass, a nice play area for kids with a lot of shading and a skate park. It's well maintained. The only downside is the teenagers who tend to hang around on the play area but that's the same with most parks.
Park that has everything. Great water play area for kids, superb cafe near the band stand and an ice-cream and coffee shop at the top end of the park. Skate park with decent ramps for the kids, boulders for climbing, tennis courts, fenced 5 a side pitch, bowling greens, loads of green space, nature trail for walking, big lake with swans and other wildlife, butterfly house and public toilets. Always well maintained and clean. Well worth a visit.
Can't rate this park high enough , clean and lots to do for all ages , cafes , toilets , coffee , ice cream, climbing rocks , skate park lots of natural habitats. The list could go on by far one of the best parks in the northwest shows how parks should be . Playground: Kids love it especially in summer with water park Dog-friendliness: Big park plenty space and even a dog friendly section with fenced off area to let them off the lead and play with other dogs
Always is and always have been a nice park to walk your dog and to relax, it also has a cafe at one end and opposite end a small walk-in ice cream parlour which you can obtain hot and cold drinks.
A really nice park, perfect for all ages. The park is all flat so great for toddlers and little ones learning to ride a bike. The park is well maintained and clean with a range of free activities. A splash park in the summer, play area, skate park, football, basketball and tennis. A gorgeous cafe and ice cream parlour too! X
Its great for a walk or run, the gardens are attractive and there's also tennis courts, skateboarding ramps, playground, wildlife walk lots of birds on the large pond with a fountain, ice cream shop and cafe.
I love visiting here with my toddler. There is loads of open space, a pond with ducks & swans and a huge playground with outdoor waterpark. X2 Ice cream cafe bars!
