My childhood playground. I've taken all of my children there over the years and it's still beautiful especially with the bandstand. There is now a cafe with a toilet too to make it even better.

The park itself is pretty nice and the play areas for little kids are good, especially the separate sand pits. Sadly, there were some young kids swearing whilst on the swings and toddlers were wondering around. Plus whilst we were there, heard someone say they would stab someone over the phone...

A park between Swinton and Pendlebury. A small car park with more than 10 free parking bays is available. Tennis, basketball, lawn bowls courts are available in this park. Playground: There is a playground for children. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome.
Beautiful park with some great facilities. Really pretty bandstand, newly refurbished tennis courts, a nice children's play area and plenty of grass and paths to walk. Well kept gardens too. There's also a little cafe on the Manchester Road side serving refreshments and food. Playground: Nicely set up with equipment for all ages.
Second playground roped off. Nice flowers. Gazebo locked. Honestly not too much to do here. Plus it looks like it's been neglected for a while. Lots of potential though.
Awesome place for adults and kids. Very safe for everyone who wants to keep fit.
It's a lovely place to spend some time with friends or family. Not that big, but it has a playground and another one with sand, which is very appreciated by kids :. A gim area is near tenis Court and a lot of green space just for running, playing, or just lying down. The only thing that really bothers me is that the toilets are always closed and that's really disappointing.
