Made an order for my birthday.. & on this occasion staff got argumentative with me & my partner regarding our order... when recalling to let them know they’d forgotten my main meal.. they demanded that we paid for food that they forgot to supply.. stating it was not ordered. We ordered every week with this Chinese usually the same order every week! We know what we ordered.. & to be rudely spoken too & accused of misordering was a disgrace. Demonstrated appalling customer service & unfortunately due to this we will not order from here again. Talk about respecting loyal customers!!
The food was lovely and staff were ok. But the place could do with a good deep clean. They also switched the heating off while we were still there it was so cold with it on so imagine the how cold it got. Also the toilets really need sorting. I would go back because the food was so nice bit would like to see tje kitchen.
Absolutely vile. Had the special curry. Each mouthful was just a mouth full of salt. Possibly the worst curry iv ever had. Called back to ask if they had made a mistake but they insist this is how they cook there food. No offer of a replacement or refund, i said i wont be returning... phone goes down. Charming!.. The hunt for a decent chinese around here continues.. i feel sick
Food was lovely, hot and fresh. Needs a redecorate . Waitress was quite snotty and sharp wen we asked her a question about our bill which spoilt the experience of it this lead to no tip being left!!
Staff couldn't cope with our large part of 10. Food was slow and the dishes were smaĺl in quantity. Must have changed management because I would have given it 5 stars two years ago. The place needs a clean also.
Just come back from Victoria harbour , local Chinese place. Ordered chips and curry sauce . Large chips were small , curry sauce was cold . When I rung the owner she said maybe we had eaten them on the way home or because of cold weather there was a whole in the bag and they fell out . Went on to tell me the price of chips is going up 75p , still sitting here hungry . Any recommendations ?
Been to this restaurant a few time. Never failed to press me. The best Chinese food I had. Creative and deliciouly superb.
Lovely food, All fresh. Only down side was we were a group of 3 adults & one 9 year old and charging him full adult price!!! An adult does not start at 9! Very disappointed,
My girlfriend and I have been coming here for the last 5 years or so. Never had a bad meal, food is always delicious!
Great food at a good price. Place could do with a lick of paint and generally modernize throughout.
