Did a ten day training course to be a fork lift instructor. Dale was my instructor and he did an excellent job of making me feel at ease as I was very nervous. I am a complete novice and Dale was knowledgeable, patient and very professional. Met most of the other instructors too who were all wiling to help with their words of wisdom and experience. Thanks to all of you at vaimaster training for making me feel like one of the team.

Went for my counterbalanced FLT conversion (3day) starting Monday. The instructor (dale) was very friendly approachable and funny, he explained the course goals how things were going to run on the day very well. During the training Dale was very clear in his instruction on what to do and if I was struggling at anytime gave clear advice on what to do to make it easier and how to correct my mistake. I would recommend anyone from fist timers who don’t have a FLT Licence and want one to veterans how are looking for a refresher, don’t hesitate you’ll not regret it.
