All departments such as HR, Training, Labor department are supportive and polite, work culture and ethics maintain properly, work with enjoyment, good pay and bus service provided by company for employees, very hygiene and clean property.

Excellent working environment with "Human-Centered" focus for hygienic and quality processing.

The food is generally good, however, the mash has been very lumpy on both visits. Although they brought out more, it wasn't much better.

Quality Control at its worst. How can u label this product as Chicken Strips....Chicken bits more like. How can u give cooking instructions when the sizes vary from a Strip if u find one to a Popcorn size!!!!!! COME ON FORZA FOOD up your game.

Over seven years with the company.the duty of care to the staff is poor.no company hand book, although you sign for one when you start but never receive it.part of IIPL Asda group. Rules made up and changed when it suits management. No way of checking. If you are looking for a job there are better places,as staff turn over is tremendous

Disgusting place to work if your not in the managers clique then your second class there also the way they have handled the covid outbreak is diabolical the covid marshels all stand together allow staff of the same nationalities to do what ever they want. The pay is terrible for what you do there all the managers supervisors and team leaders are allowed as long of a break as they want whilst regular staff are penalised for being 1 minute late

5-days shift. Saturday Sunday overtime available. good environment. morning shift and afternoon shift in rotation form.

I work there for almost a year at the moment....not use to work with so many polish speaking people  i am polish on my own but....not really use to work with poles it's one of the best work places... although....there are people that smile on your face and when you turn around they stab you with first thing that they find....3/4 of staff is very nice : can recommend to work there just You have to be very patient :
