This is one of the places that i would say "Do not judge the book by it's cover". Even though the decor is screaming for improvement, the food was actually very decent, and great value for money. The staff was friendly and polite. I came here with a fiend on one of those very hot summer days, and enjoyed the air-conditioned cool environment, while having our meal.
