It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!
Allie is an absolute angel! She is so invested in her patients and has researched and discussed our cat’s condition with colleagues to provide him the very best shot at a happy, healthy life. She is so kind, friendly and understanding and we couldn’t ask for a more wonderful vet for our cats. The reception staff are incredible too and have previously wiped my tears and phoned every specialist unit they could think of when my tearaway kitten dislocated his elbow at only 4 months old and needed complex surgery. They are all so welcoming and helpful at Vets4Pets Maidstone and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere
The staff are always so helpful and friendly and obviously absolutely adore animals. My dog loves coming to the vets here and tries to drag me to the door when she realises where we are as she knows she will have a big fuss made of her by everyone!
Always satisfied with reception, nurses and veterinans at this practice. They treat my dog as if she were their own. Highly satisfied
Staff are brilliant, so caring, everything is fully explained and they are happy to answer any questions. Can't fault them, I would highly recommend. Thank you.
The staff were professional, kind and caring, before during and after my dog dukes operations. My dog duke absolutely loves them especially Marie Rio and Shirley. Jason and Sarah were also very helpful with organising things and explaining what was happening next etc. Laura the manager was extremely helpful and compassionate during dukes treatment. I left my previous vets to come to Vets4pets on recommendations and I have not been disappointed.
This picture says it all, everyone makes him feel so relaxed he almost falls asleep!
Always very friendly staff and I feel that my dogs are always treated very well. Excellent knowledge.
The nurse was lovely and very help full , She explained everything to me as it was Princess blossoms first visit . I was happy and so was my cat .
