Josh was great! He could not do enough for you. The whole experience of buying a motorcycle online was so much easier than expected. The bike was mint as described, l recieved regular updates on the progress of the P/X and after care call once l had revieved the bike, to make sure everything was ok. Purchased a T120 over the phone, dealt with Josh, easy transaction, he was on the ball, got everything done and kept me in the loop all the way. Took delivery via Iron Horse arranged by Josh, again, fantastic. Thank you very much for a very pleasant experience buying a Triumph without stepping foot into the showroom. To be honest all the staff I spoke to at Youles were very pleasant and polite
Helpful staff, not pushy , well presented stock and the deal I did went smoothly with a great detailed handover from Josh.
One of the better motorcycle dealers the Triumph part anyway. Enthusiastic, friendly, well informed staff. Nice 'while you wait' area with free coffee or soft drinks if in for the workshops. Certainly a big step up from the majority of dealers that appear to have regressed back to 1970's levels of customer service. When it comes to it, I will almost certainly be purchasing another motorcycle from this dealer.
Right from booking my bike in Sam so very helpful he booked me in at a time and date to suit me..Had by first service carried out 29/2/24 great service again by Sam who greeted me upon arrival. I waited for the bike and all of the team at Youles made sure I was ok asking me in I wanted a Coffee etc. I browsed the bikes in the showroom and my bike was done in no time they even washed it! Sam is a credit to Youles team and I look forwards to using Youles Motorcycles in the future.
I purchased a triumph street triple 675 and couldn’t have been happy with the service. Had a difficult situation surrounding my current bike but I had Jordan helping me through it all. Jordan did more than necessary in order to help me with everything and even after purchase of the bike helping me with things that I needed. Definitely recommend.
I have recently purchased a bike from Youles, the bike itself was immaculate , wonderfully cared for and was fantastic value for money, the assistance I received from the salesperson Jonny Davies, was second to none, he was knowledgeable about the bike, and offered me, a complete biking novice, great advice and assurance. Youles as a company offer a fantastic lifetime guarantee on their bikes, which is most unusual, and very reassuring for someone in my position. Aftercare has been wonderful up to now, Jonny has contacted me a number of times to see how I’m getting on with the new love of my life ! Over all, the service I have received from Youles has been top class, and I would certainly recommend them for all your motor bike needs.
I recently purchased a used er6n from Youles, and was helped all the way through by Jonny, one of the sales assistants. The entire process was excellent. Communication, customer service, and, the quality of the bike, they made sure it was in before collection. I live around 4 hours away, and Jonny went above and beyond to make sure the bike was ready for the day I collected. He has the patience of a saint, and a great ethos of wanting you to be as happy with the bike as they’d expect to be. Despite not being just down the road, I would certainly use them again, and happily, highly recommend. Thank you Youles!
Always great, from initially buying the bike to servicing. Sorted me out with a Rebel 1100 while my bike was in for a service, so I could get back to work. Very accommodating! Even gave my bike a clean while it was in, which was very necessary in this weather. All in all top service!
Took delivery of a used Triumph 675 today and I could not be any happier I brought it as a distance sale and dealt with Jordan, let me tell you this guy goes above beyond keeping you updated at every step a real credit to Youles Manchester after this fantastic experience I cannot recommend Youles motorcycles enough . The bike turned up an hour ago presented beautifully the first time seeing in the flesh and I was blown away. I Haven't ridden it yet will do that tomorrow but I am very impressed and really don't think you could get better service anywhere once again thanks Jordan!
