Had one question about my booking and the guy representing the hotel managed to put me off the whole stay and I eventually cancelled my booking. Would be better if you find a person with actual people’s skills to at least answer the phone. All the best!

Lovely staff, helped us with every request even ordered taxis last minute. Great rooms and nice food in restaurant downstairs. Worth staying in when visiting Manchestet.
Comfy rooms and outstanding service. Coffee and tea in rooms for you to make at your desire. Room service is in and out in seconds leaving the room spotless. Breakfast is amazing with every assortment possible for a great morning.
We love the ambience of this place, never too packed and excellent food. Great selection of drinks too. One of my favourite restaurants while in Manchester. Free parking; 2 menus Italian and grill/halal/curries. Great staff too.
Awesome staff . i won't get bored even if I go there alone at the bar and have long funny and good conversation with the staff. And such chill and quiet place. Well done.
