Place is horrible. It's freezing. Stinks of cigarette. Too much people, too little room seats and lockers for them. No free WiFi. The Loyalty Programme is a good idea however not very well thought out considering you want people to join it at no cost, but you have to use your mobile data to download and use the app. Needs some improvement, fast. If Vertigo just closed for a week or two and focused on the issues, the place would be much better.
Kids had a fab time but was absolutely freezing in there. I understand it needs to be cold for the people using the trampolines but would suggest some heaters for the adults waiting
Place overall is ok, but cold everywhere temperature just little bit higher than outside, nearly not noticeable difference. However cold water to wash hands is unacceptable, under basic sanitary standard.
Lovely place for children and to wear them out. Lovely coffee and food also.
This place was overcrowded and freezing no WiFi and cash payments only. I don't see the appeal apart from this area in the valleys is limited in where kids can go. Alot of pre teens 11+ unsupervised where are all the parents???. Worse part smokers stood by the front door as you enter smoking cigarettes so you stunk of smoke!
Love this place for the kids, cafe provides refreshments. Space to work remotely. No free WiFi. Would love to see greater cafe variety. Would stay longer and buy more if there was free WiFi. Would also love to see less Vertigo related litter onsite.
A good hour out for kids. Not the cheapest £10 per child, but it does have plenty of varied activities inside. Parking isn't the best either.
Kids had good time, dress warm if you're watching., Cold.
Great for kids but no heating and no hot food
Twice I been, 2nd time was on the weekend...bad experience the pads were coming loose, reported to the girl manning the sponge pit she came across and moved it back, I didn't move from there or my partner as we were afraid someone was going to hurt there self and we kept re positioning the pads
