Ill just throw this out there first; I love Italian food, I practically live off the stuff. I've been to Italy a few times including Rome. This has to be the best place for Italian food I have ever had outside of Italy. Authentic, quick and cheap. Highly recommended. If you want to try Italian food as it should be, on par with Italian food in Italy. Look no further.

This place is a gem. It’s everything you want from a small, friendly, and affordable neighbourhood restaurant. If you want to avoid the faceless chains that are popping up all over Trowvegas, give this place your support. The service is fantastic - you can tell the owners really care. The food is good traditional Italian fare (I had a very good risotto and tirimisu). Importantly, the House wine is cheap, so you can get through a couple of bottles with friends without it racking up on the bill. I also felt that the quality of the food outweighed the price that we paid (to such an extent that I worried about how they keep going). It’s such an unassuming place, in an unfashionable (part of) town, I felt compelled to write a review. This is the sort of place that you’d be happy to eat in every week when you’re a bit bored of cooking, or you just want to catch up with mates. I hope they aren’t forced to compromise what they are doing. Keep up the good work!

This was our first time eating in after having had a couple takeaways from this place. Verona little quiet on an Sunday evening, but we enjoyed great, well timed service. We weren't left waiting too long for the next course, but neither did it feel rushed. The food was great, and well portioned. It wasn't expensive, and I would have happy paid extra for the for and service we received. *** Update *** Since been here for lunch. Still great food and service, however there was no lunch menu.

BRILLIANT food, great drinks menu (fully licenced) good service. By far the best Italian in the area by a long shot!!!

The food is very good The welcome is always warm and the photo on the back wall (c 1955) reminds us what a lovely street that this can be!
