Staff friendly and efficient.  On arrival we were told food could be an hour or less  and we were happy to wait not in a rush, appreciated the forewarning.  Actually only waited for 20 minutes.  I had gorgonzola salad very fresh and tasty, hub had Wiltshire ham n cheese ciabatta thumbs up also.
