Always use this taxi firm. Are they perfect... No, but if we always strive for nothing less than perfection, who'd get out of bed in a morning. Love the app and never had an issue getting a taxi at short notice, nor issues with them turning up. 99% of drivers spot on - would recommend!!

THE WOMEN WHO WORKS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND I HOPE SHE WILL READ THIS, YOU NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS!! I HAVE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO THEM OVER A YEAR NOT ANYMORE SHE WAS SHOUTING AT ME AND BEING RUDE AND DISGUSTING THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!

Booked taxi for new years eve I booked a mth in advance to make sure was able to go out going they was prompt and on time.. taxi drivers driving was erratic over taking on blind bends speeding on country lanes felt sick by the time we got to the venue.. on return journey was due to be picked up at 12.40 which was me my partner,my 10yr old daughter , my elderly mum & dad and aunt but as you can guess we was left outside in the freezing cold for over 1hr 10 minutes as the venue had to close when he finally arrived no sign of an apology i def wont be using this company again ..

My partner booked a taxi for 7:20. He is a carer he had finished his call and was waiting outside. He had been waiting outside in the rain on a popular night for fireworks. 7:40 he calls back and they've apparently already been and gone. He had been waiting outside since 7:10 no taxis came or went. He was spoken to very rudely. And took an angry call of our own to get them to send another which wasn't going to be for another hour. Poor customer services and doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Very disappointed ordered a taxi stating it was to train station to catch a train, at pick up time I received a text to track my cab, 10mins later I called the office to be told we had been picked up Never using your company again Very upset customers
