Train was booked at quarter past. Told Skyline/city. Booked it for half past (45 mins to get there) rang them at 25 mins to, said they were 5 miles away. Called Venture and they turned up in 5 mins. Got the train on time :)

Used to be great taxi service until recently bought by city taxis. now poor service..

Only getting 1* as I cannot give 0! Booked a minibus well in advance of new years eve and confirmed the day before to pick up at 1am & drop at the holiday inn. No minibus available but 3 cabs sent (at different times) instead........at 3 x the cost! We even had the police called on us by the driver because we questioned where the minibus was.........ended up paying 3 x £7.50 instead of £15 Shambles of a company with horrendous customer service & no morals!

I would say the price is good but the customer care is not up to much and timing is no good for appointments and if you dropped any thing link you phone in care when paying your told your going charged to get it back
