We have been coming here for many years- there is a fantastic selection of refills- from dry food goods to household cleaning and hygiene products along with a great selection of organic and eco ranges and fresh food. Service is always friendly and helpful, especially when refilling many bottles!

Such a great local organic and grocers shop- great selection, lovely staff. Highly recommend the dried mango/ pineapple and dates - but good selection of dried goods, eco friendly skin, hair and domestic products. Shop local!

Superb store and friendly staff you could ask for - all with a great knowledge of their stock and it's benefits. A great selection of vitamins and supplements, an ever-expanding range of food. Refills, including for shampoo and conditioner. I love this place and couldn't recommend it enough. They have the best vegan range in the area

I bought a blueberry Greek yogurt today and opened it straight away as I got home to have it , there was green mould on the wrapper inside and the yogurt was curdled I checked the date and there was a stamped date that said 02/08/2024. I was really disappointed! Because it looks like the date was stamped manually after production.

I absolutely adore this independent health food store. As the creator of an artisan kombucha, finding stockists who truly appreciate and value the uniqueness of handmade products can be a challenge. However, Soul is one of those rare gems that not only understands the distinctions between commercial and handmade goods but also actively seeks to promote and support local businesses like mine.  Being stocked in Soul is fantastic.  It's not just a store; it's a haven for health-conscious individuals seeking quality, wholesome products.  With your help, we can continue to spread health and happiness, one bottle of kombucha at a time.

Great service, amazing product variety and very friendly staff. One day, I was buying salad and I wasn't charged because the leaves started to wilt a little. The owner pointed it out and gave it to me for free. They often give away stuff. Also do all my refills here - great selection of shampoos, laundry products, shower gel, etc. If they don't have the product you're looking for, they generally bring it, just ask them! Really thoughtful, sustainable and community conscious shop.

Great store loads of vegan variets, love the decor and the staff in the store are very knowledgeable and understanding about the products that they are selling. Definitely we will return to buy many more products from this store.
