I took 3 dressing gowns to this place at the beginning of January for names to be embroidered on them, for a wedding. I only got them back on 9th March! Every time I phoned or called into the shop, I was told that his wife needed to come in and do them. Even after promising 100% that they would definitely be done by Tuesday 7th March, they still weren't done. After yet another visit to the shop on Wednesday 8th March he assured me his wife was going to do them that afternoon. I received a message to say they were ready for collection about 4.20pm the same day. I picked up the dressing gowns on Thursday 9th March. When I left them in the shop, they were brand new and each one had a large white ribbon wrapped around, but when I got them back, there was one piece of ribbon in the bag and the items had just been squashed into the bag. I would not recommend this business to anyone
