Forgot how unhelpful main dealerships can be. Walked into this branch, and within 5 min, I was reminded why I don't bother with them in the first place. Silly me. Drove 5 mins up the road to an independent garage, 5 mins later problem solved. Guess sometimes it's just too much to ask for help. Tip listen to what the customer is saying before you make assumptions about their intentions on why they walked in.
We were so impressed with the customer service from Charlie and the team when we were looking to buy a second hand car.nnUp to that point we had had some bad and frankly wierd experiences with some other dealers and a car supermarket, which had really put us off the whole process. Meeting Charlie completely restored our faith in car dealers : They were patient, honest, helpful and very informative.nnThe only reason we didn't buy from them is that in the end we went with a different spec that they unfortunately didn't have at the time, but they would be our first port of call for our next car - superb service.
