I have found them to be a good NHS surgery. When I have phoned them in an emergency they were very accommodating.

Can't even see a doctor at this surgery- they call you back to advise on your condition and only then if you push for it they might give an appointment to actually come in.

Friendliness is not their strong suit. When you arrive, you wait at the desk for a receptionist to book you in. And you wait. And you wait. And you wait. The four women don't even look up, and when they speak to you on their way past to do something else, they make you feel like you're wasting their time. I've never been to a doctors surgery that is so unwelcoming.
