I have recently purchased a vehicle for business use from JB Motors. Having bought many vehicles for our sales force in the past, from various, sometimes not very reputable sources, I didn't really expect much on that occasion. Boy, was I wrong! Andrew is in the league of his own when it comes to customer service. The buying experience was absolutely fantastic: courteous, professional and expedient. Andrew maintained contact by email and telephone all the way through. The vehicle was delivered as promised, fresh out of a carwash and with a brand-new MOT certificate not to mention full service. I can't recommend Andrew  and JB Motors enough! What a wonderful experience... It's so refreshing to deal with honest, customer-centered people. Thank you Andrew and JB Motors! Excellent service from JB Motors when my car had a problem, they sorted it out promptly and quickly. Great service.

Far and away the best vauxhall garage in the area, but to be fair it's easy to shine against Evans Halshaw. As always it costs but they are helpful and I do find that garages that depend on their reputation in small communities are much better. Is everything always perfect? no but they are always reasonable and easy to deal with so I will take that over a modern glass fronted showpiece of a business.

We had a brilliant experience whilst buying a car from here and definitely be returning for my next car.

Excellent customer service from Mark. Mark is always very pleasant and kind. He was extremely efficient, knowledgable and helpful to us when we bought our  latest car. We always use JB Motors.

A much better after sales experience than my local dealership in Scarborough. Friendly team. Perfect service, will visit again if needed!

Great service and very helpful people working there

I was working near by im a tradesman and noticed my van needed the wheel changing and i had never done it before. The jack i had was useless and i wasn’t sure where to put the jack on the van as there was a lip all the way down each side. Anyway to cut a long story short, steve, a mechanic here at JB motors came to my rescue, he wheeled his ‘propper carjack’ as i called it down to me and even fitted the new wheel and didn’t want a penny off me! All this on a day when he was in work by himself and snowed under with work that needed doing. What a legend! Couldn’t thank him enough. So if your looking for a good mechanic and even better person who know ls what hes doing then look no further. This review was the least i could do for him. If your reading this steve - cheers again mate! All the best!
