In February 2024, I visited Ray Chapman Motors to inspect a car I had previously viewed online, and I am delighted to say that I have now purchased it! Before my visit, Aidan provided exceptional assistance by promptly addressing all my queries. He even took the time to email me a video showcasing the vehicle both inside and out, and thoroughly explaining all the features and functionalities of the car, including a detailed demonstration on how to use the digital screen. Aidan has been exceptional throughout the entire process, consistently providing rapid responses to my emails and even taking the time to call me for further explanations. I never had to wait long for a reply. During my visit to view the vehicle, it happened to be Aidan's weekend off, and I was warmly welcomed by Ben, who also proved to be incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. We went for a test drive, during which Ben patiently addressed all my inquiries. Impressed by the overall experience, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I arranged for the car to be delivered to me to which it was delivered a week later. Both Aidan and Ben’s dedication and support truly exceeded my expectations. Ray Chapman Motors has been absolutely incredible, and I 1000% recommend their services. A huge thank you to Aidan and Ben, who have both been truly fantastic throughout the entire process. I cannot fault anything about my experience with them. Once again, thank you - I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer.

We took delivery of our new Volvo on 30th April, after a long wait. Ordered last September. During that time we had regular updates on progress from Aidan, who was excellent, answering any questions or concerns we might have. Nothing too much trouble for him. It was Aidan who welcomed us for the handover. He spent a lot of time with us, patiently explaining all the cars functions both in our 70's, and handling all the paperwork. Making it a very relaxed and pleasurable experience. So a really big thank you to Aidan, and to everyone we met at Ray Chapmans, they were all very friendly and welcoming. That said we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ray Chapmans for your new car. PS we love ours.
Delighted - A brilliant Volvo dealership. Everybody I liaised with was extremely helpful - Gareth, Lydia and a particular mention to Rob who managed the sale for us. I bought my second Volvo XC40 from Ray Chapman's at Malton yesterday. I was dealt with by Aidan Horton who when i ordered the car earlier this year was obviously new and was cautious in how he dealt with my wife and I. Over the few months that i have dealt with him he has developed in his approach and gave the impression of growing in confidence and reflected exceptionally well on both him and the company. The standard of honesty and efficiency exhibited throughout the whole transaction was exceptional. The assistance offered was first class and assisted greatly in how i moved forward with the timings etc.. I was kept up to date with progress and he assisted with the sale of our own car. I have nothing detrimental to say but in addition the whole staff at Malton was always willing to help, put us at ease and ensure the whole process was transparent, helpful and enjoyable. I would certainly use them again

A fantastic used car buying experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Richard couldn't have done any more. All minor issues with the car were dealt with and the car was thoroughly prepped ready for collection. Richard even picked me up from the train station when I went to collect and topped the car up with more than enough diesel for my lengthy drive home. Great to have the reassurance of the 3 month guarantee. Would definitely use Ray Chapman again.
The whole process of purchasing a new car with part exchange was very efficient and stress free. Aidan H and his colleagues were very attentive, providing professional advice and giving me as much time as I needed to understand the various options available. Having used Ray Chapman Motors before I’m pleased they still deliver an excellent service.
