Skilled and reliable mechanics. Since my VW T5 came off warranty I've used Vasstech. My daughter's Polo is serviced there too. These chaps are straight mechanics and with my old T5 which started to spit out bits of its engine (turbo, water pump and radiator in close succession) the firm advice was to sell rather than keep fixing it. The turbo went in France and was fixed in France. Then the water pump went. That's when Vasstech advised me to sell. These chaps are significantly cheaper than franchised dealers and rely on their reputation. I trust them.

I always get my Audi A5 serviced by VASS Tech and have done for many years, I trust Robin and Russ 100% and highly recommend their service.

Great customer service!  I was regularly updated on the progress of the work on my car and was advised of all costs before work was undertaken.  I have used other VW/Audi/Seat specialists in the area but Vass-tech go the extra mile and I wouldn't use anyone else now.

I have used VASS Tech to look after my cars since they first opened.
It was evident from the outset that they were different.  The customer and the customers experience has been at the heart of their operation since day one and it really shows. 
They are super knowledgable in all things VASS (of course) and are clever mechanical engineers too.   

When they have your car, they keep you informed of what needs doing and provides tangible justification as to why. They look at your car as your long term investment and make recommendations based on that.  

They also view their customers as long term customers - when my SEAT goes in for service,  they provide a list of what will be required and when and if something needs doing urgently - they will say.
There are no surprises when it comes to the bill, you know what you are paying for before you pick up the car.  

In comparison to a main dealer, they are excellent value and a damn site more pleasant (in my experience).  The whole team at VASS Tech really look after you.

I highly recommend VASS Tech - in my opinion, the best Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Skoda engineers in the area if not further.
