Stopped here after watching a play and it was outstanding. Escaping from the busy street into the quiet relaxing environment made us feel like we'd found some sort of secret refuge. The food was superb, prices very reasonable. Highly recommended Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan
I had an incredible experience at the restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I was especially impressed that they were knowledgeable about Jain food and could cater to those dietary restrictions. The flavours of the dishes were amazing and left a lasting impression. A Gluten free and dairy free/vegan heaven in London. Close to Piccadilly Circus station and at the entrance to China town. Basement restaurant with cosy vibes and interesting menu. Even their cocktails were lovely and tasted of fresh fruit peach Bellini. We had the laksa which was tasty and a good portion size. Great service, and the bonus was the fabulous desserts- the raspberry frangipani and chocolate torte were sooo good! Will be back! I am not a vegan person, however, I was invited by my friend to go to Vantra and I just love the food. The menu has many different options for all tastes. The food is rich in flavours and textures. The juices are delicious too. The staff is also super friendly and attentive! Thanks for this great experience!
Delicious vegan food at a quiet underground restaurant in busy Soho! Went for lunch with a friend and ordered some starters and a main. They were out of stock of the sushi/rice main dish I wanted but I chose the laksa after. Starters - satay skewers, tofish and kimchi - were incredible. The laksa was a good size. Didn't have time to have dessert, but will be back! Vegetarian options: All vegan
While Googling Gluten Free restaurants near Waterloo Vantra popped up as a Vegan Gluten Free restaurant. I am so glad we went there. The menu was extremely interesting with things like seaweed with Sesame. They focus on raw, fermented, and steamed food and are # Gluten free and refined sugar free apart from Vegan. Vantra caters for Vegans, Raw foodists, and people with Ayurvedic and macro-biotic diets. The khowsuey while not totally an authentic version was tasty nonetheless and the desserts were delicious. We has a Raspberry frangipane cake, dark chocolate blueberry cake and a vanilla icecream that were absolutely delicious. Though we don't live in London we plan to come once a month just for the desserts lol
Best vegan restaurant in London. Amazing high quality, nutritious food. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about healthy eating. Atmosphere is lovely, it's nice to escape from the busy city.Food: 5/5
