I had exhaust issues with my car and these chaps did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price, they were the cheapest on the area and there services are top of the tree, very welcoming and professional in every way, I received the complete opposite at Newcastle tryers who wanted £89 more for the same job thanks guys I'll be using you again

Following a bad experience with a national company, I asked a few colleagues for their recommendation. Several calls later I decided to use Vantage Tyres. Their quotation was then and still is now, the best I have received. The service over the past 2 years is also unparalleled. They have a ‘No Nonsense’ and very friendly attitude, keeping my vehicle downtime to the absolute minimum. As a multidrop Courier Business, this is essential. If asked. I was recommended Vantage by a friend whose family have used them for many years. I have to say I have been so impressed with the service I have received from them since I started taking my car there. I'm amazed by a few of the negative reviews on here - to the point I'm questioning whether they're reviewing the right place! I have had MOTs, services and repairs undertaken at Vantage. Every experience has been positive and they are super honest which is why I keep using them. Anyone who knows me will know that I don't have a clue about cars so I could be told anything and accept it. Last week I had a check engine warning light come on. Diagnostics indicated a problem with my Mazda 2 timing chain which meant that it appeared a replacement was needed. So the parts were on order. Today, on further checking this was not found to be needed and instead of paying out hundreds I'm only needing a service. This is what I mean by a honest repair place. For all I know about cars they could have gone ahead with the work and I'd be none the wiser. But as always their honesty shines through and it means I'll always recommend them. Thanks so much. This is what true honest customer service is all about.
