This was truly a great store to purchase your shoes. Whether to buy a gorgeous pair of everyday trainers or boots, or going out pair of heels. Always attracted me to walk in and browse. Good prices and even better sales. This store is no longer available in Meadowhall, nor is it available online. I don't know what happened to it. It merely disappeared. There was always too much staff there. They were all wearing different clothes, so you could never tell who actually worked there. They'd constantly talk to eachother and wouldn't really pay attention to the customer or acknowledge your presence unless you walked up to them and asked for something. Other than that, it was a good shop.
Need to work on your customer service and more training on age related prejudices and how it loses sales. Two girls walked up took one look at our ages face dropped and walked back to the back of the store without a word so crass will not go in there again!
Got some boots for daughter and wife both were happy. Great staff very friendly atmosphere both at frenchgate store and at Meadowhall
The online store is fantastic as is the online chat. Always recieve top class service with frequent communications and updates. Brilliant!
