I have been going to valleys for a long time. Ordered a kebab last night, paid for a large one, when I got home the kebab had virtually no salad and half the meat that you would normally get. Very disappointing.
I gave them another go, 11th april the kebab meat must have been from the day before. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, just a fodder snack to fill me up. The meat was in small pieces, burnt and very greasy. I rang to give them feedback and they didn't care. I got a text back to say they are really pleased, and thanked me for ordering with them with no chance of a reply. I would rather eat dog food....stay away ☹️👎

Ordered a mushroom omelette which stated comes with chips and salad. I was given just the omelette the mushrooms where hard and rubbery and it tasted more like a curried omelette with a large amount of coriander in it. Half my order that I paid full price for and I would recommend to avoid this place!

I use valleys quite a bit may be not as often as some but most weeks
Where I love the food and mostly have a great meal I called tonight to enquire about a take away owner was aware of who I was to busey to deliver 1hour 20 mins no offer of delivery just to busy and that was that not even a good by bit dismayed 
Best fast food place local but won't be rude to

The best kebabs in Stone. They'll cook the meat to your specification. Quality pizzas and far better on price than domino's. 
Great , happy staff however due to the good standard of food, inevitably their delivery service is very busy. Can't fault the food I've chosen since they opened years ago. Would always recommend it.

Tell you they will deliver in a hour then when you ring to find or where it is a hour n half later they deny recieving the other until you demand a refund then they meraculously find it and make excuses. Then wait another hour for delivery. And when it turned up the order was wrong!! Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely poor service.
