The delivery was incrediblely fast and whilst the customer service wasn't up to scratch. I believe that the incredably low prices and considering the quality was standard, I believe that the direct pizza has successfully earned my business every week

When I ordered their food a few months ago, the man on the telephone got frustrated in trying to understand my order because of his poor English. The man just hung up on me. I ring back and that man tells me he won't serve me pizza, and hangs up again.

One of the best pizza places in Stafford, seriously. 9.99 for up to 16" pizza collection is the best offer you'll find anywhere. Always my go-to place!

delivery time was a joke! they added 30 mins onto our orignial time, when i questioned the driver he yelled at me and called me a lier even though i had the proof on my phone! i demanded my money back as the pizza was barely even warm he laughed and refused! but he was quite willing to take the food back. Shocking service will never use them again

Just ordered from here and I'm going to use bullet points to list the problems.
Mozzarella sticks were barely even cooked, more like mozzarella ice pops.
The dough used to make the pizza was thinner than a piece of paper, giving the pizza no support and the slice just fell apart when touched.
Asked for stuffed crust but was given a tiny layer of cheese in the smallest crust imaginable.
Cant get a refund because some of the food has been eaten ( i ordered two pizzas, 3 slices from each baring in mind i had a few friends round)

all together the food from this place is atrocious and if thats what you think pizza should be like then i suggest closing the place down because THATS NOT GOOD PIZZA.
