ARE YOU ONLY CHIP SHOP IN SCOTLAND THAT SELLS ONE HAMBURGER IN A HAMBURGER SUPER....MY DAUGHTER IS JUST HOME (FROM 20 MILE JOURNEY) WITH SUCH AND WE WERE GOING TO SHARE A HAMBURGER SUPPER (2) AND A SINGLE FISH DISGUSTED TO FIND ONLY ONE HAMBURGER IN A HAMBURGER SUPPER FOR £4.20 OH WORSE STILL IT SEEMS SHE WAS EITHER OVERCHARGE OR YOUR ONLINE MENU IS WELL OUT OF DATE AS SHE WAS CHARGED £4.50 FOR MAYBE CHIPS FROM 2 MEDIUM POTATOES AND ONE HAMBURGER!!! HOW DO YOU WORK OUT YOUR PROFIT MARGINS? CHIPS WERE HARD WITH VERY LITTLE POTATO IN CENTER ALL CRISPYS HARD EDGE BITS THAT MOST CHIPPIES CHUCK (OR SELL TO FOLKS THAT LIKE SUCH SEPARATELY ) £9 ODDS FOR OUR DINNER AND STILL ARE GOING TO HAVE TO COOK SOMETHING AT HOME! GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW YOU SURVIVE GUESS YOUR ONLY CHIPPIE FOR LOTS AND LOTS OF MILES! OR YOU WOULD HAVE TO IMPROVE! THINK THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO MARKING ON THESE THINGS !

I have always gone to valerios for takeaways, and up until last night, I would unreservedly recommend anyone so to do. However, I would now offer this advice - don't go in half an hour before closing and expect food to the usual high standards. Fish batter was burnt and greasy, chips were likewise over cooked and soggy. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed.
