Ordered a Donnor korma last night came, korma sauce had been watered down and tasted like they had cooked fish in the same pan as the korma got told to ring back tonight and speak to the manager , called back to speak to the manager and apparently not in today and the woman on the fun wasn’t even bothered sounded sarcastic with me / not ordering from there again
Bolognaise chips and cheese is easily the worst thing I’ve ever attempted to eat burger was soggy but delivery driver was polite so bonus points
Staff are brilliant! Great customer service even to a pain in the bum like me, amazing taste and super cheap. The free food you get when not ordering from the meals is also good and if they forget just ask next time and they always deliver! TLDR: Great food for a great price! 10/10
this is the best French fries I have ever tried, brilliantly brilliant, I could have it to the end of my life!!!
So I ordered 2 meal deals which consisted of 6 pizzas in total. When we started to tuck in we took a bite of hotshot to find it had prawns and anchovies on. I rung valencia to complain and was told that it was a mistake and the owners of the pizza I had received had already rung. I had no phone call to inform me, its disgusting, so glad nobody had an allergic reaction. I was told would receive the hot shot that I had ordered and asked for a free bottle of diet coke for inconvenience, even this wasn't granted.
First time we ordered for a change from our normal takeaway they forgot our chips and free pizza. So second go, I order last night a kebab, an a pizza and portion chips with extra garlic and chillie portion. Came to just short of £25. It came, kebab meat looked real pale but tasted ok, until we tried a piece with garlic and chilli on, oh my god, what a foul taste of a fusty horrible taste, I thought it was me but my hubby spat his out and neither of us touched the kebab, it was vile. Pizza was ok, very sparse on topping. Really won't be bothering again. We did sign as we got someone's 2 portions of chips though so we just had pizza n chips. Really feel like we wasted our money.
Very poor quality of food. Bought a lamb Shish kebab, took it home, absolutely awful in taste, tasted spoilt and Took it back to the shop- only to have the staff respond in a threatening abusive manner- adamantly denying that there was anything wrong with the food. So I just left it there and returned. I looked at the reviews of Valencia Bay, I realised I have bought kebab from a shop with food hygiene level 2, and with poor reviews on justeat. I’ve eaten kebab from many places in hull and even all over in the country but this is my first bad experience and worst lamb shish ever I had it and never ever recommend to anyone even if you want to spend your money and need absolutely awful food then this the place.
This is the worst place i have ever ordered from chips where dry warm ups chicken completely dryed out one piece was just a black bone with bits of chicken on it kebabs dry. burgers complete mess 30 pounds worth of food straight in bin wood not give to the dogs total let down
Ordered 2 cheesy chip wraps, stone cold. The girl on the phone said to me what do you want me to do about it, she blamed the cheese when I said it was cold, she replied that’s how it goes, never again will I order from here, disgrace
Donner kebabs are great. Salad and sauces always taste fresh... Open late, so handy on the way home from fishing ,whatever the time.
