Excellent. For both routine and emergency care, Vale Vets has been excellent. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful, and the vets and nurses have always given my hound the concerned attention that he deserves. Sean the dog can't walk past without trying to go in - so he clearly agrees! So blessed to have them on our doorstep. Thankyou so much.

Absolutely horrendous amount of care from a few staff members the place was filthy and dirty! Pets food being left on the side for two days and blankets with urine on left in there cages. I have spoke to many of people about my veiw of this vets and they have all agreed and had or known of somebody that have had a terrible experience. Please do not make a massive regret like we did and use this place!

A great team, professional, caring & thorough. Lovely staff always welcoming, friendly & helpful. When my cat has needed to stay for treatment he has been well cared for.
