We have used this cattery for over four years and have always been very happy with the service. Our two cats are well looked after and come home happy and smelling lovely. We are always disappointed when we are unable to get the cats in to Shebaba. Will continue to use this cattery.

We left our cats at Shebaba for a week, when we came to collect them, their pen stank, the outdoor area was covered in puddles from the rain, the bedding was absolutely filthy. Our usually lovely cat was hissing and growling. There was cat sick on the shelf, not cleared up. The woman was extremely rude and shouted at my husband when we collected our cats early (despite me phoning and asking if it was ok, she said it was). I will never be using this cattery again.
