Lovely store run by lovely people, came in with my vacuum cleaner which needed a belt change, I got quoted in other places minimum £50 and more and vac doctor did it for me for only £10. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend

Very helpful friendly mature couple run this business. Coffee machines, vaccum cleaners etc repaired. Key cutting service. Can buy toilet /kitchen rolls and other cleaning products. Would recommend.

Vac Doctor brought my Kenwood mixer back to life! I was very pleased with the repair which was completed whilst I waited. I also has my Kenwood attachments repaired which saved me roughly £40 as I did not have to buy new attachments. I also received tips on bread making! I highly recommend this shop, it was a refreshing experience to have something repaired rather than having to replace it with a new item.

Knowledgeable, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I'd recommend coming in for a chat first if you're thinking of getting rid of your vacuum.

If you are thinking of throwing away your old vacuum cleaner, bring it here first! Friendly staff! Vacuums and other product fixed at a great price! Will save you buying a new appliance!

In cleaning my Kenwood Major mixer I tugged out a piece of fluff, which turned out to actually be the felt from the gear box. Oops!  For £12 these lovely people disassembled it, replaced the felt and tightened up all the loose internal parts...all in 30 minutes. Bargain!

So helpful and friendly staff can't do enough for you, very pleased with my Dyson highly recommend Vac Docs, customer service excellent thank you very much.

Great service from a Lovely couple. Fixed my Numatic Charles Hover while I waited.
