I've been using this cleaning company for three years and the service is consistently of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

The first time Clean complete came to the house they did six hours instead of the agreed three. Despite the shoddy job we gave the benefit of the doubt, paid in full and continued. Unfortunately for us we were renting the house out on Air BnB and it wasn't until two months later that the full picture of what had been happening became clear. Rubbish had been put in bins without bin bags and never disposed of as agreed. We got to the house which we found in a truly revolting state and only realised then that this is what our Air BnB guests had been arriving to. Our reviews on the site of course reflected this. The cost in subsequent lost bookings will run into the many thousands. I spent the weekend filling bin bags with rotting rubbish that was mostly liquid and maggots. I filled fourteen large garden bin bags. This company is badly organised and badly led. I am still amazed by what happened. We now have someone who is doing a great job and at a much better price. This is a true an accurate account of the events and I have nothing personally against Martin, who runs the business. It's safe to say I won't use them again though and I wouldn't if I were you either.
