Used these on a bank holiday Monday. Taxi driver took a ridiculous route and I was particularly unhappy so I phoned Abbey up to leave a complaint and was told I would be contacted about a refund. Days passed without hearing a word so I got in contact again and was told to e-mail their manager, Rob. Weeks later and I still have not been contacted and have simply been ignored. Despite getting a auto-confirmation from their office confirming they had received said e-mail, still no one has got in touch. They are useless bunch, avoid.

The car didn't show up, I waited more than hour. I called them several times but they were keeping tell me 5-10 minutes. Last time when I called to check how long I should wait it, they told me that I cancelled my order even I didn't. Very Bad service. I was soooo disappointed. Waiting more than hour and even didn't get car....
