The worst taxi company in the world. Driver turned up and refused to let me in because there was another person on the street who was too drunk, they were not getting in the taxi. Called back and was told that there must have been a good reason, given some abuse and then hung up on. Had to get an Uber instead, should have started with the Uber.

The operator who took my call told me off for not using the automated message system for returning customers. The driver arrived and after two minutes, phoned me and yelled at me for not being ready exactly on time. Bearing in mind, I had phoned for a taxi 3 minutes before and was going to the hospital with an injury which is why I wasn't ready quick enough. I told the taxi driver, when I met him, that I'd only just checked my phone because I was trying to get myself out of the door and he laughed at me in a belittling tone and then repeated what I'd said in a silly voice, shaking his head. He drove incredibly erratically and was speaking about me to himself under his breath the whole way to the hospital. I've never felt so judged by a driver and treated so rudely. When I asked to pay by card, which the operator had confirmed was okay, the driver seemed annoyed that I didn't have any cash, which I've experienced many times with V cars before. Why offer card payment and then get annoyed when people prefer to use it? I am only 20 and I presume he took advantage of that to be rude to me. If I had been elderly or even just a little older, he probably wouldn't have. The smallest expectation would be that the driver should take awareness of the destination the customer wishes to travel to. If I've booked a taxi to the hospital, I most likely have some form of issue, to which a driver should be able to spare me 3 minutes to get out of the door. Apparently not. I've never had a taxi company make me feel embarrassed before. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.

After ringing for a taxi the non-competent gormless taxi operator got the postcode and presumably the time wrong as the taxi didn't show up at the desired time. After calling an automated number it said the taxi was going to arrive in 18 minutes which would be too late. After cancelling the taxi, my girlfriend got an unbelievably rude phone call from the taxi driver who arrived regardless, saying that we wasted his time and money. We promptly hung up but were astounded by the lack of organisation and disability to get a taxi on time. Avoid like the plague.

Not a good service. Rang up to book and they stated a 5 minute wait, 20 minutes later no taxi and they never rang us to state no car available.
