Was there visiting another business (first time I'd been there), after being there for no more than 45 minutes I left to discover that one of the employees of this place had towed my car! His excuse was that I had parked outside his business... 90% of the spaces outside this place are occupied by wrecked cars, if he doesn't want people parking outside his business perhaps he should invest IN A SIGN. He pointed at a part of the wall and said everything from there down was his, I don't think that's how it works mate. He said "I could have done it" with a fork lift, like he was doing me a favour.

Service was great had a fault with my car not starting was with 2 different garages for 8weeks in total was with the guys VAG for 1 day and i got the car back fixed at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Please avoid this garage!! I did a full service and about two days later my car's engine light is on. Then, I went back for checking. So ridiculous that they charged me £20 for just put a computer to check my car's error code. After that, they told me that they could do nothing to my car and introduce another garage to me! Finally, I got the problem fixed, and the reason was they did not service my car properly, which costed me another £225 to fix the problem! totally a joke...
