Very unprofessional and would not recommend it. I was given a voucher for a 90 minute pamper package and was really looking forward to it. I have made an appointment using their online appointment menu (they don't accept phone calls) for 12.15 on March 24. Two days later I received an email asking me if I could go at 11.15 as 12.15 was not available which I accepted. The day before my appointment March 23 I got a text if I could go at 12.15 instead of 11.15. I also replied that it was fine. On Saturday March 24 as I was going to Utopia I received another text that the employee who was going to look after me she was locked in her bathroom and she had to cancel. To cut a long story short her attitude was very unprofessional and sarcastic.
