Regular customer of this store, apart from one minor incident with an "older style" £20 note in September I have no complaints with the usually efficient staff and top-notch merchandising..........and no I wasn't paid by USC to write this review but I am available to provide shiny happy articles, bidding starts at one packet of Fruit Pastilles.

horrible staff, treated me like a thief because they found a tag in the waiting room after I tried some jeans. yelled at me in the middle of the store in front of everybody, told me to take my coat off and didn't apologise for all their crap. I came back asking the staff manager "Dana" on what basis she accused me, and she just walked off without even bothering apologising. I'll never go back to this place and I wouldn't advise anyone to!
