First and last time of ordering. My partner had the chicken and ribs option. The chicken was dry and the ribs were even dryer and so hard they were tasteless and inedible as it was all over cooked. I had a cheeseburger which was average. There’s no option of chunky chips, just boring skinny fries. The only complimentary thing I can say is that the delivery time was given as 45 minutes and actually took only 20 minutes so the food was hot. Not an experience to be repeated.

Chicken was absolutely tasteless. Wings were tiny and overcooked and burnt. Burger was bland. Ketchup tasted like acid. Never ever again
I have been using this take away for six years. Never reall had any problems food always hot when deliverd. Great place with a friendly services.
Good value for money, i prefer it to the Colonels. The shop opens long hours which is aways handy for last minute chicken dinner or snack. Orders can be delivered. Allways a good portion of fries per bag.if you can't park outside the shop just turn the corner on the left and there is a large car park free.
Order took 90 mins to arrive despite 2 calls to be told on it's way, then it was the wrong order, took another 20 mins for right order where they only brought replacement chicken not chips so chips were then cold. If going to run delivery service need to pull their finger out and do it properly. Very average food.
Thank you very much to USA chicken's worker and the owners. They are respectful and friendly to their costumers. The food we have been serving is been prepared in a hygienic situation. It is very clean and the food is very delicious. Thank you once again.
Ordered 2 pieces of chicken breast, chips and Donor kebab, chicken very dry, chips cold and too much chilli sauce on kebab only asked for little.This place seems to have gone downhill over the last few years as used to be really good. Come on USA Chicken pick up the game or loose customers.
Only putting one star because I have to, absolute shambles ordered on the website. 2 hours late. Rang 4 times got 4 different set of lies. Finally get the food after having to go collect in the end to then have stuff missing from my order. Absolute joke
