Decided at short notice we fancied going out for dinner but didn’t want to travel too far from home. We thought we would try The Rose & Crown as we had heard good things. It didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by a very friendly, smiling lady behind the bar, served promptly with drinks. After checking the menu we both decided on the chick n mix for only £6. I ordered and paid. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was hot and tasty. The rest of the menu looks good and we will be back to try it! Thank you
Visited the Rose and Crown for lunch which was absolutely lovely would highly recommend! Very clean and tidy and well presented! Have visited a view times since for drinks, food and Friday night DJ! The atmosphere was lovely everyone having a great time bar staff are super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend
Visited today with my sister and kids, never been to Rushden before and popped in for some lunch. The staff were all really friendly and made an effort with my kids which was a really nice touch. Food was delicious and such good value for money. I would definately return here again.
We meet a few friends here Friday night. Two of us had our drinks spiked. Having not had a drink before visiting and both been at different places and felt fine before visiting. After just one drink each we were pissed! Lucky our friends notice and we left to go home. Not the first time I’ve had a drink spiked and expected it to be done here! Could have ended a lot worst, something needs to be done about drink spiking at this pub. Turns out from searches online this place is well known for it.
Popped in whilst in the area. We didn’t eat here but did browse the menu.nFriendly atmosphere, nice, chatty staff
