Generally good although can be long wait times as understaffed.  But one nurse is hugely unprofessional who has long fake nails, didn't listing to my chest properly and the next time fobbed Me off despite having an infected abscess, she has no people skills, looks at her phone constantly just not good enough.   The rest of the staff are great and never had a problem

Attended this morning, with a suspected chest infection, pleasant receptionist booked me in, and in no time I was called in to see nurse, then called in to see doctor, who treated me with kindness and respect. We are very lucky to have such an excellent service.

outstanding service visited sunday with a five yr old girl who broke her arm. cant praise the staff here enough, please respect theses guys the level of care we received was second to none. The work they do for what they receive is shocking and shameful, this town would be lost without this service. I was amazed at how they settled her down had her chatting and even smiling one of the nurses name was Evie and the gentleman who put a temporary cast on her to get her to north tees amazed me explaining to her every step of what he was doing its not very often you come across someone who is in the right job this gentleman really is. PLEASE GIVE THE STAFF HERE NOT ONLY THE RECOGNITION THEY DESERVE BUT THE ALSO THE RESPECT THEY SO DESERVE

I truly understand why the government didn't want to give the nurses a payrise,nQuiet frankly the last time I went to this urgent care centre the nurse was lazy, bone idle and refused to see me, interrupted me, and basically told me to go to my doctors as she was more concerned with playing on her phone  then actually doing her job.

Disgusting level of service offered by the NHS.  Advised  2 hour wait when I arrived. After 3 I saw someone in triage for about 10 seconds. I’m typing this at 4.5 hours. Seeing triage is NOT being seen. Waiting rooms full of children who jump the queues due to age but clearly nothing wrong given most are just playing with toys or mobile phones. As an example one child that came in with a serious leg injury from school. Walked in. Never complained of pain once. Walked to triage and walked to treatment room. ALL before I’d even seen triagenComplete jokenBroken BritainnI feel for some front line staff… but the system and most of the rest of the staff simply don’t care
