Could not ask for more, wonderful manager carol, her friendly professional admin team and truly caring staff looking after our mum, who has only recently gone to stay in Sheraton court and already all the staff have taken the time to get to know her and understand what care she requires. Fantastic rooms and facilities.nEvery member of staff we have met are exceptional at the care they provide.nA big thank for looking after our special mum xxx
I would like to say a few words in these unprecedented times, to thank all the staff for their continuing devotion and care to our loved ones. It breaks our heart that we cannot visit our father Brian who suffers from vascular dementia, and has been in the home for over eight years now. He continually tells us how kind the carer’s are , and wonderful the food is. We the family know how patient they have to be with all the problems our father has, but we know he is treated with the dignity he deserves.nI cannot tell you when I received a card yesterday with a picture of my father, smiling and holding a card sending his love to us, I broke down crying. But what a wonderful idea to try and keep us connected, thank you all.nKeep safe as I know the sacrifices you are all taking in looking after our very precious, fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters. THANK YOU
Just mid-range care home. Very warm, bright and welcoming atmosphere. Helpful staff.
