EXTREMELY expensive and bad quality. costs over 30 pounds just for a graphic t thats badly printed and looks second hand Very dirty and clothes were scattered on the floor with broken hangers
Visited on Sunday 16 October, no staff around and there was a problem at the one till that was open. Another member of staff was called to help out at the tills, they never arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes to be served and was not given an apology; there were numerous customers waiting to be served. I often take my Grandaugher shopping to this store and the service has always been bad and needs improving.
Staff are so rude here. Asked the lady at the checkout if i could use my 10% student discount and my £5 off because i have in the store and many other stores before. She just said no very rudely without explaining why. After i had paid without using my discounts she starts slagging me off to the other employees whilst i’m walking away and i turn around to look at them and they were all staring at me. So confused why they think it’s okay to treat customers like this because they asked a question. I was on my own as well so i felt very socially awkward and uncomfortable. I love urban outfitters but the staff here put me off from coming, would rather drive further and go to Birmingham for nicer staff.
Visited Thursday evening and the staff were amazing! Wish I’d got the name of the lady that helped me but she was the best !
Good store, pricey but worth it most of the time
The staff are dismissive, miserable and unhelpful. Manager is unprofessional, condescending, rude and aggressive. The prices are incorrect. Also despite being allowed to open the changing rooms they are closed. The store in general is disorganised, messy and shopping there is an unpleasant experience due to the staff and their obvious disdain for customers. They genuinely make you feel unwelcome. Avoid this store however if you want to shop at Urban head to Bristol or Birmingham where the staff are much nicer
Staff were miserable and rude. I drove 30 mins to get here so I could try on some clothes and they shut the changing rooms and turned off all music over an hour before the store was shutting
i’ve ordered a dress and have been sent the wrong item, i’ve tried to contact them online but they are no help and will refuse to send me what i ordered
Visited to pick up some items for my daughter. Staff are very helpful and able to give advice on products.
Great quality clothing, friendly but not pushy staff, and theres always a cheeky sale rail too! Mens and womens clothes, accessories and home items are unique and inspiring.
