Whilst the townhouses Urban Splash have built are lovely, the "waste ground" that surrounds them is a mess, which sadly lets the area down. 

It would be nice have if they arranged a few of their guys to tidy the place up, maybe even turn it into a temporary park area or grassland.

I'm surprised the residents paying a fortune to live here in the townhouses haven't done anything about the eyesore boarded up building site still there a few years on.. pleasant safe area but very let down by Urban Splash not finishing the job & making it a more pleasant environment
