My daughter loves getting her hair cut and blow dryed here. The girls are lovely and very patient with my wiggley 7 year old. Megan and Amy are excellent with her. She is always smiling when we leave.

I have been coming to Urban Concept since it opened, I refuse to go any where else. The staff are lovely and really welcoming

Staff are very friendly.  Had my hair done several weeks ago and couldn't be happier.  I've been waxing for several years and thought I would try a new studio.  I was truly disappointed with the technician. She missed areas, even after informing her.  Had to actually ask her to change the wax.  Came home to find that several areas on the back of my leg that had been missed.  She was very slow and not precise.
