I have been here twice and had 2 different experiences. The first time (about 6 months ago) I saw a younger lady with long blonde hair that was so attentive, took her time, gave me a whole restyle and a treatment and it ended up costing me £35 and I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. Yesterday (at 3pm) I went again, saw a lady with really dark hair and a London accent. She was lovely to start off with and very polite. The shampoo and head massage was lovely. All I wanted doing was my hair all cutting all to the same length... the longer I was there the more I felt like I was being rushed, in conversation I told her I like my hair to look big and bouncy and I left with very flat hair, whatever treatment she put in my hair made it greasy this morning 🙄... and I was out in 37 minutes and was charged £43!!! Never been charged so much for so little time and required skills. For £40 I expect the standard of Lloyd’s in in the city centre... The interior upstairs is looking a bit run down, the chairs feel a bit rickety, I was served a cuppa in a pretty chipped mug, and the walls around me were all scuffed - not really the experience of somewhere like Lloyd’s. Either way, a bit hit and miss and I do think it is too expensive for what it is. I’ll be going to Lloyd’s in future because three stars isn’t good enough when 5 stars is available cheaper.

Really lovely staff. A little pricey sometimes but it's worth it. They always get the treatment right and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
