So yesterday had several phone calls from my GP surgery telling me that Dr Blondell wanted to see me with no reason given. Found this suspicious as they would not give me a reason.

Went to the appointment and she tells me that she's going to note down that I'm suicidal which I'm not so she can refer back to adult social services which I don't want or need. I argued with her for good ten minutes , she was made aware that this could impact my gender treatment through the NHS greatly and stop my treatment entirely including my reassignment surgery which I'm seeing my surgeon for next month. She simply did not care and got Transphobic on telling me it's my medication causing me to feel like this. 

I was horrified so I walked out the appointment and started the complaints procedure at  reception only to find that she's still went ahead and wrote it down on my file. Now they won't remove this from my file doing 3 years of damage. 

So don't trust Upwell Health Centre as they're transphobic. I will see this in court.

Upwell Health centre is a GP surgery including a pharmacy. There are 6 doctors and 2 nurse practitioners and it is easy to be seen when you are ill. They have a high patient satisfaction score on government surveys and score maximum marks on the quality and outcomes framework.
