Shouldn't even be open is poor in all aspects and most dangerous the neglect in diagnosis and lack of cate for people.

Today I had an appointment in room 12 at 17:50 with a very friendly, caring nurse, that made visiting the doctors (usually an painful experience) very pleasant.

There are some people in this world that make the world a very special place and this person is one of them.

Thank you and well done for being awesome.

very poor performance by reception staff, twice in the last six months have arrived here with pain in the chest and twice have been told that I would have to wait a week for an appointment,  on both occasions I have had to go to North Cambs Minor Injuries where they dealt with the problem

I've just been banned from this surgery because  "Dr Richards?" didn't know how to do his job properly. When you ring up in the  morning and ask for some medication due to running out, you're generally told yes, no, ok, and when. i was told ok they will be ready today, i show up and nope not ready so i spoke to few people and it was clear that they wasn't going to be ready until tomorrow the next day, So i got pissed off and told them to go and fetch Dr Richards because i wanted an explanation as to why he said they would be ready today but now tomorrow. he come out, i said to him why did you say they would be ready on the phone when clearly there not going to be ready until tomorrow, he avoided the question and said in public that I'd been over using my medication. this went back and forth back and forth but he never answered the question "why did you say they would be ready on the phone when clearly there not going to be ready until tomorrow"  he knew he was in the wrong and that's why he avoided that simple question. Its that which got me riled up and resulted in me threatening to knock him out, he said don't threaten me or that will go on your record along with the codeine substance abuse, in public. i started walking off and walked out slamming the door , that's it, that's why I'm banned. Dr Richards acted as if he'd been taking regular doses of estrogen, i thought he was going to cry at one point
