Love this shop have bought shoes for couple weddings, bridesmaids show, and shoes for everyday wear. Also hat and bags. My daughter also loves this shop just turning 12. Recommended for customer service in try to colour much any sample you have.
I recently shopped in Uptown Girl....Jeans service was truly wonderful ..I bought gorgeous Joe Brown shoes and a bag..a hat and some pumps!! I will return to Uptown Girl...a great shop and certainly my favourite on Cowdenbeath High Street. Keep up the great work Jean.
A splendid shop to visit. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from jean and have been it may times, always having excellent customer services. There is also a wide selection of wedding shoes. Would definetly recommend to anyone.
Repeat customer : Have been to the lovely Jean many times for myself and presents for others - even just popped in for a chat as she is such a lovely person. I’ve taken several friends and my mum to her shop too. There is nothing shr won’t do to keep her customers happy, she recently just got me a custom piece of jewellery made! I’m sure I’ll continue to pop in regularly throughout 2019 and when I’m looking for lovely presents I know to pay her a visit. Great store and lovely person! Also, this is something I especially love besides the purple decor, she raises a lot of funds for charity in part by selling bespoke jewellery within her shop the proceeds of which go to charity Keep ip the excelkent service Jean! As I'm from Cowdenbeath, my wife and I always try and use local businesses. However, my wife was so disappointed at the poor service. Such a shame as this seems a really nice shop. Can't recommend and would advise to avoid. Normally local businesses in Cowdenbeath are great. Perhaps a little customer service training.
Jean is lovely and very helpful. Absolutely loved my shoes and bag I bought and went gorgeous with my dress. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
